Kands Manickam has been in various technology leadership roles for over 20 years at a few large corporations in Silicon Valley. In his current job he is Sr. Regional Manager leading a group of technologists to architect solutions for their customers. As a part of his job, he also works closely with Company’s academy grads as a mentor and a coach in getting them ready so they can be successful in their careers at NetApp. Outside of work, Kands enjoys volunteering with various non-profit organizations to mentor/coach kids from underprivileged communities on the importance of data, leadership and career coaching. Kands Manickam ilves in San Jose with his wife and two children. Kands loves to ski with his kids and cook for his friends and family.

I am a resident of Morgan hill.I find great joy in using my expertise to support and assist the community, promoting health and wellness for all. Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based practices, my mission is not only to provide a safe and supportive environment where teenagers can thrive, emotionally, mentally and physically, but to also educate support and empower teens to maintain their health and well-being through healthy lifestyle choices, and a learned skill set.
